Insure your travel investment just like any other luxury in your life.
Travel insurance or protection provides a valuable benefit to protect you from the unexpected. We want to ensure that your travels are only filled with happy and memorable experiences. For that reason we will need you to read and understand the insurance offers your advisor has quoted, whether from the vendor or a recommended insurance provider.
Most travel companies, including cruise lines, resorts, tour companies, hotels, excursions and more have penalties for canceling. Often these penalties can be 100% of the total trip cost and nonrefundable. Of course no one plans on cancelling a trip when they book it, but things do come up unexpectedly. Depending on your policy type, these penalties can be reimbursed to you for many covered reasons.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. If you choose to decline all offered protections, you assume any and all personal and financial losses.
Roam Right Partner
We recommend a protection plan via our partners at Roam Right who offer a comprehensive selection of coverage which includes benefits for trip interruption, accident and sickness, baggage, optional rental car, pre-existing medical and Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage. Some plans even include "Return to Work" coverage. We will provide a quote for your review based on your trip investment.
Travel Insurance Waiver
Should you choose to decline the recommendation to purchase travel insurance to protect your upcoming trip planned through us, we will require the completion of our Travel Insurance Waiver Form. This must be submitted prior to us confirming and making final payments on any of your itinerary elements. Final itinerary will only be delivered once wavier form is received or purchase of insurance is made.
